Hemyock Pre-School Open Afternoon

Hemyock Pre-school will be throwing open its doors to the public this Thursday (March 6th).  The event offers the chance to come along to the pre-school for an informal meeting to discuss the curriculum and general running of the group.

There will also be an opportunity for prospective parents to ask questions about all aspects of education.

The afternoon is open to anyone who is thinking of enrolling their children in the future, as well as parents whose children already attend.

The pre-school, which is based at Parklands, Hemyock, currently has 38 children on its roll, 30 of whom are funded three and four-year-olds.

Its most recent Ofsted report in May 2007 found the group was satisfactory in all areas.

Sara Bailey, inspector said: "Children benefit from most aspects of their healthcare being positively promoted."

The open day takes place between 1.00pm and 3.30pm.
