Cloud and occasional rain in Devon and Cornwall this evening. Most places dry overnight though. Skies clearing from the east allowing a widespread hard frost to develop with a risk of icy patches, particularly over snow cover in the east. Minimum temperature -7 °C.

Saturday:

Dry, with plenty of sunshine, particularly across eastern counties. Perhaps more cloud across Devon and Cornwall. Generally very cold, with temperatures falling sharply after sunset. Maximum temperature 4 °C.
