Cricket Tea Makers Wanted!

Hemyock boasts a long-established and successful cricket club which is based in the heart of the village, playing on the recreation ground. The cricket club makes an important contribution to the life of the village through its activities - what can be more quintessentially English than cricket on the village field?

But no true village cricket match can take place without something else that is quintessentially English - the cricket tea. If you would like to join our group of tea-makers, we pay £35 per match which includes the cost of ingredients. Matches are held on Saturdays and Sundays from May to September.
