Join the group on Tuesday mornings at the Hemyock Church Rooms a weekly hour of exercise (mostly to music) not aerobics, but designed to: Keep joints supple! Strengthen heart! Feel stronger and fitter!

Tuesdays 9.30 am - 10.30 am
(timed early, so that you have the rest of the day free!)
Starts gently and increases slowly so you don't notice it!
Men welcome! First session free to them if they wish.
Starts Tuesday Oct 21
(£18 for 6 week course, Oct 21 - Nov 25)
(followed by two sessions in Dec. depending on numbers)
Bring a mat.
