A Village on the Blackdown Hills

Hemyock is the largest village on the Blackdown Hills, which is now designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The parish has an area of about 2350 hectares, and lies on the NW of the Blackdown Hills.
The village boasts a wide variety of clubs and activities to suit all ages and requirements - from bowls and tennis to WI and religious meetings.

Dry for most with sunny spells.
A bright but chilly start with plenty of sunny spells on Wednesday. A little cloudier in the east with the odd shower possible, but easing through the afternoon. Light winds, and temperatures around average. Maximum temperature 13 °C.
Staying dry for most overnight with any remaining showers easing. Plenty of lengthy clear spells, and light winds, allowing temperatures to drop with frost in places. Minimum temperature 3 °C.
Another chilly start on Thursday, but staying dry for most with prolonged sunny intervals, although the odd shower still possible. Temperatures around average. Maximum temperature 15 °C.
Showers becoming more widespread through Friday before longer spells of rain arrive from the southwest on Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures generally around average, and turning windier over the weekend.
