Hemyock U8s 4 - Brixington Utd 1
The game started well for Hemyock and playing some of their best football of the season had their opponents under pressure. Ned Travers opened the scoring with a firm shot from close range. The second soon followed as Joe Hurley squeezed the ball past the keeper. Brixington hit back and scored from a good long pass as their striker beat the Hemyock goalkeeper to the ball to bundle it home.
Joe Hurley scored early in the second half.
Just before the final whistle Georgina Berry smashed the ball home from long range.

Hemyock made three changes for the second game and started well.
Brixington scored the opening goal. It was Ned Travers who opened the scoring for Hemyock once again.
Joe Hurley scored his third of the day and Luke Cuthbert was fouled but converted the penalty with the last kick.
