The event, sponsored by the Upper Culm Twinning Association UCTA, was the first time the new facility had been used and people with varying degrees of skill and accuracy took their turn at this quintessentially French game. French music and French wine flowed, although the BBQ food was the humble British ‘banger’. The Boules pitch is now available for use by members of the public. Come and try your hand on the new village Boules court at on Wednesday evenings 7-9.00pm. Weather & light permitting. Open to all, no special clothes or equipment required. No booking required.
