Local people are expecting to maintain the customary high standards as they prepare their properties for the annual Christmas decoration competition in Hemyock. The decorated properties have become a regular feature in the seasonal landscape in Hemyock. Competition is normally tight for the prizes which this year will be £25 & £10 for first and second places for residential properties and £15 for business and other properties. Judging takes place around 10 days before Christmas.
