Hemyock has always enjoyed a low crime rate, but of late the number of acts of vandalism and anti-social behaviour are on the increase. Most of this has been centred around the village hall where youths have been seen climbing onto the roof, with slates falling, windows broken and windscreen damage reported. Police are asking residents to report immediately any acts of vandalism or anti social behaviour.
