NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a nomination has been submitted to Mid Devon District Council:

In order to be listed as an Asset of Community Value the building or land must meet one for the following criteria (against which the nomination will be assessed):
- Its current use furthers the social wellbeing or social interests of the local community AND it is realistic to think that this can continue.
- In the recent past its use furthered the social wellbeing or social interests of the local community AND it is realistic to think that it will do so again within the next 5 years.
(Social interests include cultural interests, recreational interests or sporting interests).
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this nomination should refer to the assessment criteria set out above and write to Land Charges, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, EX16 6PP or by email to landchar@middevon.gov.uk within 21 days from the date this Notice was posted.
