I have been asked to post a copy of their latest Newsletter by Terry Payne, the Chair of Mid Devon Singers, who are starting singing together again.
Most bus services in Devon will be further restored with effect from Sunday 14th June. This is in response to recent Government announcements and a fresh round of funding direct to bus companies for commercially operated services, plus an anticipated additional grant via local authorites for supported services.

Bus Service 20: Seaton - Colyford - Colyton - Shute - Wilmington - Honiton - Dunkeswell - Hemyock - Culmstock - Nicholashayne - Wellington - Taunton
The County Council contract for operating Service 20 reaches the end of its statutory maximum eight-year term on 25th May 2019.
Following a retender, a new contract has been awarded to Dartline who will operate the service in place of Stagecoach from Tuesday 28th May (Monday being a Bank Holiday with no service).
There are no changes to the route, timetable or single or day return fares. Weekly tickets will also be available. The National Bus Pass continues to be valid as now.

Any early rain clearing to leave sunshine and blustery showers on Wednesday. Showers continue on Thursday and Friday, turning heavy and thundery at times. Often windy, and temperatures near average.
