The search has begun to find Britain's Farming Family of the Year. Families who believe they have what it takes to win the title have until the end of this month to submit their entries for the annual competition. Last year's runners-up were David and Sarah Kittow from Hemyock, who established Kittow Cattle, a business which supplies meat boxes to customers all over the UK. The couple's business success was praised as an excellent example of rural innovation.
The awards, devised by Farm Life Magazine and sponsored by Mole Valley Farmers, seek to identify Britain's most innovative, enthusiastic and successful farming families, where members of every age make a positive contribution.
