Do you want to join a yoga class, but do not want to travel long distances, especially on cold, dark evenings? Why not join us at Hemyock Primary School?
The autumn term will commence in early October following the summer break and will run from 7.30 pm until 9.00 pm. I have been teaching yoga for ten years. Initially after a four year training period I was awarded the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma early in 1999. More recently I was awarded the Integral Yoga® Teaching Certificate following an eighteen month period of study.
My annual subscription to the British Wheel of Yoga includes Public Liability Insurance. I am a level 3 member of the Register of Exercise Professionals, which carries the proviso that I have a current first aid certificate. I also have been awarded the City & Guilds Further and Adult Education Teachers' Certificate Stage 1. I am committed to continuing professional development and regularly
attended further training workshops/retreats.
The endeavour is to make the classes relaxing and fun. Although they are best suited to those who have attended a yoga class previously, complete beginners are welcome as are adults of all ages, shapes and sizes. Lessons are organised for students of mixed ability/experience and planned for those who are only able to practise their yoga in class and/or occasionally at home.
This is a private class so there is no student assessment and no compulsory forms for completion other than an initial registration form. The location is quiet with good off road parking.
To enrol or for further information please ring Joy on 01884 33889 before mid August or after 24th September. Alternatively email randaisher@lycos.co.uk
