A very big thank you to all of you that turned up for the meeting on 6th July, and let us know that you DO want a youth centre ….your enthusiasm was catching.

I have a list of names and phone numbers of those of you who were interested in being on the Youth Council. We need this Council because there is grant money out there that only a Youth Council can apply for, to set up all sorts of things in the centre.

Looks like your first job will be to promote a disco that Mr Ashton said he would do to start the fund raising….as soon as the date is confirmed I will let you know.

I hope you all remember to look on the website as we will post any information we have on here. Tell your friends to check it too……everyone needs to know what’s happening…..

Anyone got any fund raising ideas? Big or small. Let us know……
