Bradley Jack starred in goal as Hemyock U9s claimed a win and a draw. They came very close in the 1-1 draw at Westexe, taking the lead when Ashley Jaji picked up the ball and smashed home.
In the second half, Westexe came out blazing only to find George Catcher and Josh Allen in defence outstanding.
But they finally equalised with a deflected effort in the final five minutes.
A tired Hemyock then beat Stoke Hill 3-2, going one down before equalising from a Jaji corner. Stoke again regained the lead, but ever-dependable Jordan Travers got the equaliser just before half time and Dean Blake won it in Part 2.
