Culm Area Development Plan

The Mid Devon District Council's plans for our area are to be discussed.  At the forthcoming Parish Council meeting on Wednesday 5th September, there will be a speaker from MDDC who will outline their plans for us up to the year 2026 and answer questions.   Parish Council Meetings start at 7:30pm in the Forbes Lounge.  Full details are on the village notice boards.
There are 3 areas within Hemyock that the planners are looking at, which could have a considerable impact on the village.

There will be public consultations on the plans as described on the MDDC web site here.  The nearest is on the 3rd Sept at Cullompton, fthe next nearest on the 11th at Phoenix House, Tiverton.  All are from 12 noon to 7pm.
