The next meeting of the Hemyock History Group is set for Thursday 14th February. Regular meetings will be arranged on the second Thursday of the month. This meeting will be jointly given by Brian Clist and Chris Dracott and will be on lists. Lists of Hemyock folk over the centuries including Muster Rolls, Protestation and Land Tax returns and a number of other historical 'lists of people.' The History Group Meeting on Thursday the 13th March at 7.30pm in the Church Rooms will be: "The History Group Meeting on the 13th March will be a talk by Ceinwen Thorne on Mr James Wright who ran the school in Symonsburrow during the middle of the 19th Century for 30 years and was a devout Christian."
