Village Toilets
At long last Mid Devon District Council has finished refurbishing the toilets.
Whilst the parish council was waiting for the refurbishment to be completed, the cleaner that had been lined up nearly a year ago has understandably found alternative employment so the parish council is now looking for a cleaner.
Turning cooler for the next few days. Outbreaks of rain.
Largely dry to start but rain moves in from the west. Mostly light but turning showery into the early hours. A few heavier showers following on behind. Feeling fresher and less humid. Minimum temperature 13 °C.
Isolated, possibly heavy, showers remain through the day, but most places staying dry with bright and sunny spells. Temperatures around average for the time of year. Maximum temperature 22 °C.
A northerly wind develops for the next few days, allowing temperatures to drop below average. Showers persisting, turning heavy and thundery with gusty winds and hail possible.
