During the service there will be a dramatised reading.

Hemyock Cricket Club's popular general knowledge quiz is being held this Friday, 4th April, in the Parish Hall at 7.30 p.m. Tickets are now available from the Post Office in Hemyock or by ringing John Hurley on 07891 941306. Tickets are £30 for each team to include food (minimum of 4, maximum of 6 per team). Prize of £100 to the winning team.

A noticeably chillier feel today in a northwesterly breeze, although around average for the time of year. Plenty of sunshine on offer in-between patchy cloud with perhaps the odd isolated shower around lunchtime. Maximum temperature 16 °C.
A chillier night to come, especially under clearer skies with light northerly winds. More in the way of cloud with a risk of showers along the west coast. Minimum temperature 3 °C.
A bright start to Saturday, with prolonged spells of sunshine lasting throughout. Temperatures remaining around average for the time of year. Maximum temperature 15 °C.
Again, plenty of sunshine on offer to start on Sunday, before turning cloudier with some welcome rain through Monday into Tuesday.
