Hemyock 4 Sidmouth Warriors 6
On a glorious Saturday these two teams gave everyone watching an exciting game. The first half was dominated by Sidmouth scoring three goals with no reply. They were helped by some very poor defending from the Hemyock boys who were finding it very hard to adapt to the full size pitch.
Any showers clearing then plenty of warm sunshine. Staying breezy.
Any showers soon clearing to leave sunny spells. Increasingly sunny by the afternoon, though turning hazy at times. Temperatures above average and feeling warm, albeit cooler on coasts with the brisk easterly winds persisting. Maximum temperature 22 °C.
Remaining dry with plenty of evening sunshine. Clear skies for many overnight though winds strengthening further, especially over the exposed coasts and the Moors. Minimum temperature 6 °C.
Another fine day with lengthy periods of spring sunshine, though sunshine turning hazy at times across the far southwest. Feeling less warm than on Friday, with brisk easterly winds continuing. Maximum temperature 19 °C.
Remaining dry and settled on Sunday and into next week. Chilly nights, though daytime temperatures edging back up and feeling warm in the sunshine. Breezy at first, then winds easing.
